Rooftops Canada's Canadian partners own and manage most of the 650,000 non-profit cooperative and social housing units across Canada, housing over two million low- and moderate-income people. Their members also include many of the people who work in non-profit housing in the government, community and private sectors.
CHF Canada is the national umbrella organization and organized voice of the Canadian cooperative housing movement. CHF Canada works for the growth, stability and independence of the cooperative housing movement.
CHRA is a national organization representing those who manage and deliver housing programs in communities across Canada. CHRA carries out advocacy, research, education and training to promote access to adequate and affordable housing.
ONPHA is a provincial association whose members are non-profit housing organizations that provide community-based affordable housing to low-income people, some of whom require additional supports. ONPHA provides services to its members in the areas of advocacy, government relations, education, communications and procurement.
NBNPHA provides education programs and other support services to non-profit housing communities throughout the province of New Brunswick.
BCNPHA is a province wide organization that provides leadership, advocacy and support to non-profit housing providers to develop and operate high quality affordable housing. BCNPHA serves approximately 550 members and its primary goal is the sustained provision of safe, secure, and affordable housing for all British Columbians.
CQCH brings together seven regional cooperative housing federations that provide housing to over 15,000 households in Quebec. CQCH represents and promotes the cooperative housing movement. It offers education programs and other support services to federations,cooperatives and individuals.
